Brief
The fungal genome is to use PacBio third-generation single-molecule real-time sequencing technology to perform de novo sequencing, splicing, and assembly of the fungal genome to obtain a complete genome sequence map. The assembly effect reaches the level of the near-finished map of Contig N50>1Mb. Important genes and proteins of fungi can be predicted by sequencing assembly to understand their functions and possible mechanisms. In terms of studying the pathogenicity of pathogenic bacteria and the interaction with the host, it can identify pathogenic genes, develop and research vaccines, and new antibacterial drugs.
