Long non-coding RNA (Long non-coding RNA) is a class of RNA with a length of more than 200 bp, which does not encode proteins, and widely exists in living organisms. Library construction is fulfilled by utilizing rRNA removal chain specificity, and the lncRNA sequence information of single-base resolution is obtained at one time by high-throughput sequencing technology. Known lncRNAs are identified and new lncRNAs and their targets are predicted based on the bioinformatics analysis platform.
